Your Friend Signs Up & Subscribes
When your friend clicks your link and subscribes to a paid plan, they automatically get 20% off their first month.
You Earn Your Reward
Once your friend completes their first payment, $9.99 in credit is automatically added to your account. This credit will be applied to your next billing cycle.
Reward Details
- Referrer Credit: You receive $9.99 in account credit (equivalent to one free month) for each successful referral.
- Referred Discount: Your friend receives 20% off their first month's subscription.
- Credit Application: Your credit is automatically applied to your next invoice. If you have multiple credits, they stack and are used over subsequent billing cycles.
- Credit Expiration: Referral credits expire 90 days after being granted if not used. Keep your subscription active to use your earned credits!
- No Limit: There's no cap on how many friends you can refer. The more you share, the more you earn!
Who Can Participate
- Referrers: You must have an active paid LoadCompanion subscription to generate and share referral links.
- Referred Friends: Your friend must be a new LoadCompanion user who has never had a paid subscription before.
- One Referral Per Person: Each new user can only be referred once. If someone tries to use multiple referral codes, only the first one counts.
Important Rules & Limitations
We want our referral program to be fair and sustainable for our entire LoadCompanion family. Please review these important rules:
- No Self-Referrals: You cannot refer yourself or create multiple accounts to earn rewards.
- No Cash Out: Referral credits cannot be converted to cash, transferred to another account, or refunded. Credits can only be used toward your LoadCompanion subscription.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your subscription, any unused referral credits will be forfeited. Credits are tied to active subscriptions only.
- Referred User Must Pay: You only earn your reward after your friend completes their first successful payment. Trial sign-ups alone do not qualify.
- Referral Link Expiration: Pending referrals (friends who signed up but haven't subscribed yet) expire after 30 days. If your friend doesn't subscribe within 30 days of signing up, the referral will no longer be valid.
- Fraud Prevention: We monitor for suspicious activity. Referrals that appear fraudulent (same email domains, suspicious patterns, etc.) may be rejected without notice.
- Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Any changes will not affect credits already earned.
Frequently Asked Questions
If you cancel your subscription, any unused referral credits will be forfeited. We encourage you to use your credits before canceling. If you resubscribe later, previously forfeited credits cannot be restored.
No, referral rewards are provided as account credit only and cannot be converted to cash, gift cards, or any other form of payment.
Once your friend completes their first payment, your credit is granted and yours to keep (subject to the 90-day expiration). Their subsequent cancellation does not affect your earned reward.
Log into your LoadCompanion account and visit the Referrals section. You'll see your referral link, pending referrals, converted referrals, and available credit balance.
Credits are only granted after your friend completes their first payment. If they're still on a trial or haven't subscribed yet, the referral will show as 'pending.' If 30 days pass without them subscribing, the referral expires.
